Working with the National Park Service and our Pearl Harbor Historic Site partners, Pacific Historic Parks is proud to offer two official Pearl Harbor Half Day Tours and our most popular tour, the Passport to Pearl Harbor, a full-day pass to fall our historic locations.

This tour includes the USS Arizona Memorial Narrated Tour and admission to the USS Bowfin Submarine Museum and Park. Adult: $17.50. Child (4-12): $11.50. Rates valid until 12/31/17.

USS Arizona Memorial Narrated Tour

We recommend and encourage all visitors to take the official National Park Services’ USS Arizona Memorial Narrated Tour. This award-winning audio tour is like having your own park ranger narrating for you and your family, through the Visitor Center’s two world-class museums, on the USS Arizona Memorial and along the shoreline for the memorable Path of Attack tour. Available in English, German, French, Spanish, Japanese, Mandarin and Korean, this incredible self-guided audio tour even automatically translates the main National Park Services’ 23-minute documentary into the visitor’s language.

USS Bowfin Submarine

USS Bowfin Submarine Museum and Park

The USS Bowfin Submarine was launched December 7, 1942, one year exactly after the attack on Pearl Harbor and was nicknamed the “Pearl Harbor Avenger.” Credited for sinking 44 major ships on nine patrols, the USS Bowfin became one of the most decorated submarines of World War II.

Visitors first discover the largest Submarine Museum in the Pacific and take a self-guided audio tour on the history of undersea warfare, beginning with the first submarines ever built, to World War I, World War II and the modern nuclear submarines on patrol today.

Then visitors proceed on a fascinating self-guided audio tour within the USS Bowfin Submarine itself and go compartment by compartment to learn how the 80 sailors and officers live on their four month patrols.

Both of the Submarine Museum and the USS Bowfin Submarine Tour are fabulous tours and be done in approximately one hour. These tours are available in English, German, French, Spanish, Chinese, Japanese and Korean.

USS Arizona Memorial Narrated Tour

There is a reason why the USS Arizona Memorial is the largest visitor destination in Hawaii. Millions of people from all over the world come to this majestic setting to see for themselves were World War II began for the United States on December 7, 1941.

Our new $65-million Pearl Harbor Visitor Center at the World War II Valor in the Pacific National Monument features two new world class museums, theaters, audio tour and gift store, wayside exhibits, panoramic shoreline displays and five new parking lots.

Since guided tours are not available at the Pearl Harbor Visitor Center or on the USS Arizona Memorial, the National Park Service encourages all visitors to take its official USS Arizona Memorial Narrated Tour. This two-hour, self-guided tour will provide you and your family an enriching and patriotic experience that you will never forget. This narrated tour is a must do activity at the Visitor Center and is hosted by famous actress Jamie Lee Curtis, the National Park Service’s historians and dozens of Pearl Harbor Survivors.

The USS Arizona Memorial Narrated Tour takes visitors to 29 important locations throughout the Visitor Center, on the boat shuttle and upon the USS Arizona Memorial itself. After the boat tour to the Memorial, the Narrated Tour continues along the shoreline for the Path of Attack tour.

The USS Arizona Memorial Narrated Tour is available in English, Mandarin, Japanese, Korean, French, German and Spanish and will even automatically translate the National Park Service’s 23-minute documentary movie into the visitor's language.

The Battleship Missouri Memorial Tour

The famous Battleship Missouri is the last of the mighty battleships ever constructed by the United States. The Mighty Mo is a Pearl Harbor must see, over three football fields long and towering over 20 stories tall. You and your family will enjoy the stories of adventure, war, victory, and the road to peace in the Pacific told in detail at the Battleship Missouri.

The USS Missouri was launched on January 29, 1944, and soon joined the Battle for Okinawa and later became the site of the Japanese surrender on September 2, 1945. In addition, Battleship Missouri served in the Korean War, Vietnam War and in the Middle East conflicts. Her 16-inch guns could fire a 2,700 pound shell with a range of 23 miles.

Free transportation from the Pearl Harbor Visitor Center to Fort Island is included in this tour. Please allow approximately five hours to complete this Half Day Tour.

Pacific Aviation Museum (PAM), Pearl Harbor

You will enjoy discovering the largest military aviation museum in the Pacific that features two giant hangers of authentic military aircraft and helicopters spanning from WWII to the Gulf Wars.

While on tour you will learn the fascinating aviation history of the bombing of Pearl Harbor and World War II in the Pacific. This tour includes Pacific Aviation Museum’s new audio tours available in English, Japanese, Korean and Mandarin.

The Pearl Harbor Visitor Center is open daily from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m., 362 days a year, except Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year’s Day. Free parking and admission is available!
