“I attended a Zoom meeting hosted by Pacific Historic Parks with over 150 participants from all around the world for the opportunity to listen to a Pearl Harbor survivor, 99 year old Sterling Cale.I was afraid to ask a question but happy the question was asked. Now I can understand his pain and the tragedy of history even if I had not experienced it. Let’s not let the history of Pearl Harbor happen again. Hate can create confusion, miscommunication, and misunderstanding across generations. Today I am grateful to be able to clear away the clouds out of my mind.”
