WAIKIKI (April 14, 2025) – Pacific Historic Parks (PHP) is excited to announce the opening of its new information and merchandise kiosk at the International Market Place in Waikiki.

Launching tomorrow, Tuesday, April 15, the kiosk will be staffed seven days a week from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. at 2330 Kalākaua Avenue. Conveniently located next to the shopping center’s landmark banyan tree, the kiosk will serve as an informational hub for those interested in two of Hawai‘i’s most iconic destinations: Pearl Harbor National Memorial and Diamond Head State Monument.

The booth will offer personalized assistance with tour arrangements, ticket bookings, and up-to-date visitor information for both visitor sites. Guests can also browse a curated selection of merchandise and memorabilia, including items themed around Diamond Head and Pearl Harbor. The initiative supports PHP’s mission to remember, honor, and understand the events of World War II in the Pacific by making history more accessible to the public.

“This new kiosk is all about access and connection,” said Aileen Utterdyke, President and CEO of Pacific Historic Parks. “It allows us to meet the community where they are and offer meaningful resources—from trip planning to sharing stories of Hawaii’s involvement during World War II. PHP is proud to bring this new outreach effort to the heart of Waikiki and look forward to connecting with both local residents and visitors alike.”
