Pearl Harbor National Memorial Honors U.S. Navy Birthday

HONOLULU – Pearl Harbor National Memorial will honor the continued service and commitment inspired by the “Greatest Generation” by offering a special boat program for service members of each respective military branch throughout the year.


On Saturday, October 14 and Sunday October 15, U.S. Navy military members (active duty, reserves, retirees, and veterans) and their dependents are welcome to assemble at the Bell Court at 3:30 p.m. for a special 3:45 p.m. USS Arizona Memorial boat program.


This program is time and capacity dependent and will be capped at 145 visitors total.

The Battleship Missouri Memorial, Pearl Harbor Aviation Museum, and Pacific Fleet Submarine Museum will all offer free admission to service members of each respective military branch on the dates listed below. Pacific Historic Parks will also offer free self-guided audio tours and the Pearl Harbor Virtual Reality Experience in connection with these dates. A valid military I.D. must be presented at the Pearl Harbor Visitors Center or onsite at each of the Historic Sites in order to participate. For more information on partner offerings, please email:
