"This project was designed to strengthen PHP's capacity in Guam and the Commonwealth of the Northern Marianas Islands (CNMI) by conducting focus group needs assessment sessions with a cross-section of the islands' communities in order to determine areas of concern or challenges that these groups are faced with, as PHP strategizes and plans for future projects and initiatives at the National Parks we serve and in our local communities."
